Make ready 200 grams Bread (strong) flour
Make ready 30 grams Cake flour

Juice the orange and add the egg yolk so that it totals to 175 g.
Wash the skin of the orange with coarse salt, zest half of the orange and add to step 1. This will be your liquid ingredients for the bread.
Make the dough with a bread machine. Add the butter after 5-7 minutes of mixing time and add the zested orange peel when the 'mix in' beep sounds. Allow the dough to rise.
Punch, divide and let rest for 15 minutes, covering with a damp cloth to prevent from drying out.
Reshape the balls and place them into the mold. Allow to rise (2nd rising) .
Bake in an electric oven at 200℃ for 18-20 minutes and it's done.
